INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
At this time, we are unable to process returns or exchanges for international orders due to customs regulations in Turkey.
If your package is returned to us by the carrier (UPS), the initial shipping fee included in the purchase price will be deducted from your refund.
Please note, items marked as final sale cannot be returned.

DOMESTIC RETURNS
Customers are responsible for the shipping costs when returning items. The original shipping fee will not be refunded. Please be aware that failure to pay customs fees may result in your package being held, preventing the return process from being completed. Before sending your return or exchange, please reach out to us at info@monarchlondon.co
You may use any postal service of your choice, but returns are made at your own risk. MONARCH is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit. We strongly advise that all returns are sent using a trackable, insured service, and that items are securely packaged.

Return Process

1. Indicate the quantity and reason for the return on your packing slip.

2. For exchanges, specify the style, size, and color of the item you wish to exchange for.

3. Securely package your return, using the original packaging if possible, and include your completed packing slip.

4. Save your tracking number for reference.

If the return guidelines above are not followed, the merchandise will be sent back at the customer's expense without a refund. Once your return is approved, you will receive an email notification, and a refund will be processed. Please allow up to 15 days for processing.
